On Thurday, the President of the Argentine organization of the Abuelas (Grandmothers) of the Plaza de Mayo, Estela Carlotto, announced the identification of the 116th grandchild found, in the Mexican city of Guadalajara. This person, who was stolen as an infant during the Argentine military dictatorship, is the son of Ana Rubel and Hugo Castro. They were kidnapped by military personnel in Buenos Aires in 1977 and taken to the infamous Officers School of Mechanics (ESMA).
