During the the third day of the UN Climate Change Conference in Lima, Peru, developing nations said that they will not be satisfied with a global climate change agreement that focuses on emissions control while ignoring issues pertinent to non-industrialized nations. About 10,000 participants are on hand from NGOs and government agencies and practically every country on Earth.
