Mexican opposition not convinced by Mexican President's reforms

Mexico's congress Tuesday received a package of reforms as part of the President's public security overhaul that seeks to nullify the autonomy of municipal governments when corruption is suspected. Opposition politicians are not entirely convinced of the President's reasoning behind some of the reforms which are very obviously aimed at limiting the freedoms of speech and protest.
