Colombia: gov't again rejects rebel offer of cease-fire

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos again rejected calls by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) for a bilateral ceasefire. The rebels reiterated their proposal following the release Sunday of captured General Ruben Dario Alzate.
