I engaged Zealous Homes in 2011-12 to build two townhouses - 15A and 15B Kooyong Rd, Caulfield North. This was my first property development venture so was somewhat tentative about the potential for problems with the builder. Excellent communication, a great team and terrific project management meant I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Zealous for any building project.
