The UN COP20 Climate Change Conference is currently underway in Lima, Peru is discussing three main issues: how to prevent a 2 degree increase in global temperature in coming decades, how to finance developing countries so that they can participate in such environmental efforts, and future goals. The main aim of this year's conference is to lay the basis for reaching a major agreement at the 2015 gathering in Paris. Rael Mora reports from Lima.
