Shia LaBeouf recently opened up about a troubling encounter that allegedly took place during an artistic exhibit. In an email interview with 'Dazed and Confused Magazine', he claimed he was raped.

Shia LaBeouf is a talented actor and director, best known for his portrayal of the lead character in the ‘Transformers’ series.

LaBeouf recently opened up about a troubling encounter that allegedly took place during an art exhibit. In an email interview with 'Dazed Digital', he claimed he was raped.

According to LaBeouf, the incident occurred during #IAMSORRY, an event in which the actor met members of the public for five days straight at an L.A. gallery.

Visitors were allowed to ask him any questions they wished and do whatever they wanted, all while the actor remained silent and donned a bag, which read ‘I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE’, on his head.

When asked if he experienced anything unsettling during the exhibit, he replied “One woman..whipped my legs for ten minutes and then stripped my clothing and proceeded to rape me.”

He said her boyfriend was outside the door during the alleged misconduct on Valentine’s Day, along with hundreds of people waiting in line including LaBeouf's own girlfriend.

He also claimed news of the alleged rape spread through the line and that’s how his girlfriend learned of it.

When she asked what happened, LaBeouf had no explanation or response. In his words they just sat in the ‘unexplained trauma silently’.
