The huge pitch invasion in last night’s Tottenham Europa League match has been revealed as the work of pranksters.
Spurs’ clash with Partizan Belgrade was disrupted on various occasions by three different invaders, which eventually led to the referee taking the players off the pitch.
It seemed at the time like a random incident by a trio of Tottenham supporters, but it’s all part of a prank .
And they’ve posted the above video about what went on, including full footage of them giving the Tottenham stewards the run around.
