In spite of an OPEC decision this week not to reduce production as a means of controlling world oil prices, Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro plans to continue campaigning for a reduction in crude production in order to raise and stabilize the price of oil which has dropped 30 percent due to overproduction, thus affecting very heavily economies that depend of petroleum income, such as Venezuela. teleSUR
