A blast of snow and rain along the East Coast made this a difficult Thanksgiving for many holiday travelers.
The wintry weather disrupted flights for millions of Americans, on one of the busiest times of the year for U.S. travel.
More than 700 flights were canceled nationwide on Wednesday and another 4,400 flights delayed.

The Nor'Easter that formed over the Gulf of Mexico brought rain to cities like New York and Boston.
Further south, parts of Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland saw more than 6 inches of snow.
In Pennsylvania, storm-related accidents brought traffic over some major roadways to a halt.
