Authorities are still going face to face with protesters in Hong Kong.
These protesters are trying to retake streets in the city's Mong Kok district... home of the two-month long civil disobedience campaign.
Chanting "We want real democracy," the protesters are vowing to remain defiant.
Police had earlier cleared the pro-democracy camps from the streets, arresting dozens of protesters including student leader Lester Shum.
And while many say they are determined to fight on, the pro-democracy movement is showing signs of splintering.
Hong Kong and Chinese leaders have refused demands for a free election with open nominations for the city's next leader.
The number of protesters has dropped to a few hundred scattered in tents. Public support is dwindling and Hong Kong authorities appear to be losing patience.
Many believe the streets will soon be open again, and the protests, a memory.
