Recent findings indicate eating leafy greens with vitamin K could help prevent osteoarthritis. Spinach, for example, has muscle-building iron, lutein for eye health, and disease-fighting antioxidants. Other good greens are kale, Swiss chard, collards, turnip greens, broccoli and peas. Many can be added to soups and stews, or sauteed in a hot pan with some olive oil. Yummy!
