In NBC's "State of Affairs," Katherine Heigl plays CIA analyst Charleston Tucker. In this scene, President Constance Payton, played by Alfre Woodard, and Tucker are leaving the memorial service for Tucker's fiance who also happens to be the president's son. He was killed in a terror attack.
