The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) announced Thursday that it will release General Ruben Dario Alzate, captured in the rebel held territory earlier this week. After having send troops to the area, the military said they would be withdrawn to facilitate the release of Alzate. teleSUR
