After years of abuse to my body (self-inflicted – skiing, sports, etc.) I found myself lying on the couch one day in too much pain to move.
After visiting Dr. Zehr, I felt relief instantly! I didn’t realize the impact having parts of my spine out of place had. After a few visits it seemed like every part of me felt better. I used to get frequent headaches, some of them migraines, and took headache medicine almost daily. I just thought it was a way of life. I haven’t had one since seeing Dr. Zehr. I had no idea it would fix anything but my back.
