Spain: 100,000 students drop out of university for lack of grants

The university dropout rate in Spain is increasing, because of a lack of grants. Budget cuts to student grants made by the government of President Mariano Rajoy have caused at least 100,000 students to abandon their studies. The cuts come at a time when tuition fees are going up, in some universities as much as 200%. teleSUR.
