French tourist Yonathan Souid stayed silent after his arrest Sunday afternoon for climbing a security fence and scaling a cable beam on the Brooklyn Bridge in the quest for photographs.

SOUNDBITE: URSULA FABRES, TOURIST SAYING:

"This act is dangerous for the other people, for the traffic I think.

It's the latest in a series of security breaches at the 131 year old landmark. A Russian tourist was arrested in August for walking to the top of one of the towers and two German artists planted white flags in July where American flags once stood.

SOUNDBITE: SYLVIA JHONY, BROOKLYN RESIDENT SAYING:

"The bridge is big and you can't control people."

In the latest case of this 23-year-old tourist and amateur photographer, he's now going to have a different kind of picture - a mugshot.
