Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos will put peace talks with the rebel Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) temporarily on hold. Santos decided to suspend the negotiations after army General Ruben Dario Alzate went missing Sunday, and the government is accusing the FARC of having kidnapped him.
