According to a report published Wednesday morning by British-based NGO, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, 865 people have been killed in the war in Syria since the end of September. 750 of these were Islamic State militants, while another 68 were from an Al Qaeda splinter group, and at least 50 were civilians. teleSUR
