Women Are Heroes unfolds over three continents, and more specifically Brazil, Kenya, and Cambodia.
The film begins in the Brazilian favelas, where we discover huge posters of JR and what reactions these cause with women. Then, we go to Kenya, where again women must live in a chaotic and unstable context. Finally, in Cambodia, we're confronted by the violence of the expropriation we discover through the stories of interviewed women.
