Citrus Revitalizer Smoothie Recipe

Stop buying the 700+ calorie smoothies at the mall... those aren't really good for you. This one will boost you up, and help you reach your goals!

Ingredients:
1 cup (250 mL) coconut water
½ cup (125 mL) grapefruit juice
1 banana, peeled of course...
½ cup (125 mL) ice, 2 cubes
2 Tbsp (30 mL) plain yogourt
2 Tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice

Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify. Drink immediately!
Makes 2 1/4 cups (563 mL) - 1 serving
