Congress on Wednesday (November 12) called for a bandh in Raipur, Chhattisgarh in protest over the Bilaspur sterilization mishap. The Bandh call comes after 14 women who underwent the sterilisation procedure at a Govt camp in Bilaspur were said to be in critical condition. The death toll reached 11 in due to what can only be called gross medical negligence in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
