In Mexico, the 18 people arrested last Saturday at protests held in front of the National Palace were released, claiming that they had been victims of arbitrary acts of violence from the police while in custody. Protesters assure they will continue their mobilization until officials present tangible, scientific facts regarding the alleged mass murder of the Ayotzinapa 43, the young teaching college students who disappeared while in police custody September 26. Meanwhile, President Peña Nieto is away on business in Asia. teleSUR
