The sun so high in the sky
on this street:
The street of music from
pounding of feet
outside my window on my street
Comes a fleet of tweet,
And a rustle of leaves
Sun sets, sits from its throne
next to moons:
bright peach sky as I hear
song tunes
spray-tanned sky
paint-brushed trees
kisses of flowers, leaves, and seeds
Late night skaters, lots of police:
young people out to ride on
the streets,
Near one o'clock
Time to sleep
There's always noise on my
busy street
