A jelly ate my sister,
when she tried to take a bite.
She’s floating around inside it,
but she looks like she’s alright!
It looked a strange old jelly,
it looked a little weird.
It had nibbled on the bacon,
and munched on my dad’s beard.
It was a funny colour,
a glowing, bluey green.
Come to think of it now,
it was the oddest jelly I have seen!
But when it ate my sister,
it came as quite a shock.
I never expected to see that,
as it ate her and her frock.
The fire brigade tried to save her,
to pull her out the jelly.
But they say trying is just useless,
so she’s stuck inside its belly!
