Tibny Shine - He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not

2014-11-10 1

Petals fall one by one
Hope and joy go and come
Like the rise and fall of the chest
Inhale and exhale of the breath

Questions flood the mind
spinning a whirlwind inside
The heart by questions is bound
Until the queen of this heart is crowned

A glance to the sky for the answer
Two fowl in playful banter
careless and free to soar
No need to think of what is in store

The plucked flowers scent touches the nose
the smell of a mystery not yet known
For whom does his heart groan
Who sits on that wondrous throne

Light breeze lifts the results of fate
No wind great enough to settle the inner debate
Chained by hope for the chance to become royalty
To which only time has the master key

Does he love me?
