I searched for a favorite
Poemhunter page,
But it was gone
Like a dismantled stage.
With its inspiration
And insight to share,
I could not find it
Anywhere.
Perhaps such poet
Never knew
How their works,
Upon review,
Was motivating,
Whenever read—
And so, they “threw
In the towel” instead.
