Alana Joy Bailey - Great Depression

2014-11-10 36

Stars silently shine in midnight skies
Dab away tears from my eyes
Illustrate to the world there's nothing to hide

Once the clouds were grey
Once the tenderness rained away
Now wanting to gaze in blue
A colour so honest and true

We all arrived in time
In life we do what we must do
Let sunlight inspire all who bare
Great depression

I will learn from my wrongs
I won't eternally be alone
Offer my hand and beam to those who stand before me
We all arrived in time
in life we do what we must do
Let sunlight inspire all who bare
Great depression
