If earth’s tomorrow exists without trees
And war promises that it will not cease,
Do you think that the stars will be favored?
Do you think this planet can be savored?
If our today begs our yesterday
To let not its decisions go astray,
What more can tomorrow ask in our time?
Do you think their request can make us chime?
If you are not alarmed of what is next
Think this time before you find yourself vexed!
Do not just give your love to the present
Think ahead, before in pain you lament.
Never hinder the new sun from rising.
Never forbid a candle from glowing.
Live, decide, eat, and drink with coherence.
With simple things let’s make a difference.
My friend, don’t wait until we eat the dust.
Minimizing destruction is a must!
