Stroll on by
the sea weed and shells.
The soft press of sand under your feet
reminds you of all the good times.
Th sun shines with a comfortable warmth
a breeze wisps by, fluttering your hair.
Perfectly calm
your heart beats out a steady rhythm
proclaiming its adoration of your surroundings.
This is life at the best of times
a calm smooth beach.
With every step you take
you leave a footprint
a reminder of your wins and defeats
some are washed away
but others will last for eternity
you seem to be alone
but thats a mere illusion
God is with you and he guides your way
catches you when you stumble
and carries you when your weak.
Keep walking dear friend,
your life will always be remembered
by your long set of footprints in the sand!
