Obinna Kenechukwu Eruchie - On Its Two Sides

2014-11-10 2

DARK SIDE
Frustrated I descend
With head to the ground.
Switched on for heaven
Is the dream,
For in aura missing
Is the bliss.

What so fierce
As the coal violent?
What with pain wicked,
To the rose, equivalent?

Love I touch
By its thorns stormy,
So in grief I breathe,
In distress to perceive,
As my heart with light
Cloudy,
Shrinks to cry.

BRIGHT SIDE
Gratified I ascend
With head to the sky.
Switched off for heaven
Is the dream,
For in aura showing
Is the bliss.

What so mild
As the snow silent?
What with pleasure kind,
To the rose, equivalent?

Love I touch
By its petals calm,
So in joy I breathe,
In comfort to perceive,
As my heart with light
Sunny,
Grows to laugh.
