Michael Jackson, the Thriller, Died

Life is unfair
To those who dare
Life is cruel
To those who sit idle.

Black people die
White people die
Multiracial people die
Rich people die
Poor people die
Children cry
Adults sigh
With remorse
In front of the corpse.

The dancer, the mega-star can no longer fly,
The floor can no longer remain dry.
The mournful river has inundated the stage;
This is the final curtain, the last page
Of a sad story of Cinderella,
Who drowned after falling in a deep coma.

Beautiful people die
Eccentric people die
Brown people die
Famous people die
No-name people die
And that's no lie.

The king died
The queen cried
All night long
Like a splenetic song
The whole world mourned
We are daily warned and scorned
By death
The thief who has the nerves to attack: the deaf
The sick, the young and the old
The exotic, the odd and the bold.

At 50, he died young,
Without playing the last song.
Death and life are unfair,
And farewell is never fair.
Michael will be missed,
May he rest in peace!
