Transferring ebay accounts can be very difficult if you're not knowing what to do. sometimes it takes us 4 different people on the phone to complete the sales process. calling ebay, new customer and account owner and myself just to transfer an ebay account.
Seems crazy I know but ebay crazy computers that like to block access if ebay does not recognise your ip address.
All other computers that login to ebay apart from yours will ask for security questions once you try and login. some questions are fake and don't work. the next option in verifying the account is ebay will send a text message to the old account owner.
This is quite a hard thing to do when 4 people in different locations around the world!!.
