The perfect Love I seek, I feel it to be an illusion
Only You can tell me it is not, and clear me of this confusion
You are the Universe; You are in everything
My heart yearns for your Love; Only You can make it sing
I have repeatedly come and gone; Let this time never go in vain
Show that I belong only to You; lest I go insane
For that all encompassing fulfillment, I have searched everywhere
I know deep in my heart that it is only You who does really care
I can not see You, My Beloved; You keep Yourself out of my sight
But from You I can claim my Love, for which I have all the right
Only You! Only You is all I need
Come to me in any form, humbly I plead
Don’t You know how much pain I have experienced?
How can You stand away from me, even as I express my angst?
If You and me are One, then don’t You feel my emptiness?
Can’t You understand the depth of my souls distress?
