I may not be beautiful, or even pretty
Those thoughts however are rather petty
The beauty of the Universe within me I hold
It matters less if I’m not worthy to the eyes that behold
I may not have the qualities or grace which make heads turn
Why am I here? That is what I was born to learn.
I may not possess skills or understand an exquisite piece of art
But I have Love hidden in the recesses of my heart
Of trivialities and possessions sometimes I make a fuss
Time and again I remember that there is a Supreme Force, watching over us
The Universe is always ready, for our conceptual losses, to compensate
Oh! ! I am too small, to fully understand and completely appreciate.
Love is a lesson which life makes us learn
The most difficult part is to give with no expectations of return.
To the ONE that encompasses all, I’m far too precious
I breathe, I live, I Exist, I am Consciousness
