Scholarly obscurity may clarify
As the scholarship is re-enacted
Yielding meaning like skins of an onion
Hallucinatory obscurity may clarify
If the hallucinating state is re-enacted
Suddenly becoming obvious (though hard to explain)
Sometimes though the obscurity is so obscure
The meaninglinks so personal
That nothing is revealed
I prefer first meaning to be so evident
That it arrives in the mind like a flash
With inviting obscurity in the aftershocks
Ambiguity and contradiction
In the reflections of repetition
