Enjoy or are addicted to, that is the question
Are they the same thing or is one just a deception
Are they separated by a chasm which dwarfs the Grand Canyon
Or are enjoyment and addiction one and the same companion?
If you fail to distinguish one from the other
Then your road ahead will be very hard, brother
One is quite simple, consists of only sheer pleasure
The other, well, that's much harder to measure
All the grief, the pain, the fear it's put into motion
Would fill all of our planet's seas, rivers and oceans
'But I enjoy them' you tell me time and again
Yet all I see is you wrapped in chains
