Why does God hate New Orleans? And why does
he especially hate the poor black people of New
Orleans? Now that I think of it, maybe he just
hates levees. That’s actually understandable.
I mean, put yourself in his shoes. You’ve busted
your butt creating this amazing planet, giving
birth to millions of species of plants and
animals (including the sea monkey – go figure) ,
forming mountains and rivers and coastlines, and
then along come these idiotic humans changing
everything around – diverting rivers, filling
in wetlands, and building dams and levees. No
wonder he got pissed off. I’ll bet he’s just
steaming about Mt. Rushmore too.
