God is in the flowers, oh how He's in the flowers!
In the blooms and in the beauty of every green and growing thing;
In the perfume of the roses that rises like the sunrise,
An echo of His blessings which refresh the world, like Spring.
God is with the heartsore and He is with the lonely,
The tired and the frightened - He watches from above
The feeble and the burdened who long to see His glory:
God shows them the flowers to remind them of His love.
