A book written in some ancient dialect
interpreted by me
who didn’t even know
the name of that lingo
I read that loudly
and made people believe
like I badly wanted them
to keep their faith strong
in the unknown and unseen
O’ God!
what I did -
but it wasn’t totally my fault
how could I know You
when You never revealed
Yourself
I again used my own judgment
I analyzed You once more
with my limited mind and narrow vision
created by none other than You
