Way up there in the sky
Where the clouds form an eye
God is watching over you
For reasons only He knows why
Be careful what you say
And watch what you do
Though you may not know it
God is watching over you
He hears all your thoughts
Though you don't speak them out loud
He knows every little thing
And can pick you out of a crowd
He's always listening in
Even when you are lying
He's standing there holding you
As you sit there crying
He has a watchful eye
On everything going on
And will be the final judge
