Oh how salty my tears are,
when they travel so very far,
when taking this pace from eye to cheek,
I hope they fall everytime I speak.
I'm so alone, never much blessed.
Now I cry, again I messed.
My cheeks are wet,
My face is sore,
soon they'll dry and I'll be set,
until my eyes can't throw no more.
Then I'll beg them to just spread,
my tears to make a promise torn.
Waiting for days with shiny skies,
and white wings spread so high,
Oh, how salty my tears are,
don't be shy to leave a scar,
I'll wait, don't care if forever,
farewell my fallen tears, we lie together...
