Julian Salvacion - A Phantom Between Words

2014-11-08 1

Calm me oh! Moonshine!
Your son at rest before your arms
Amass the tears and the mourning of your child.
Embrace me by your breath
As I speak to you
Of reasons, by your waters I shelter.
Caress me in stillness
Carry me to the horizon
Blanket your infant by your curtain sky.
Shield me with your golden eyes
From the pale season of the winter
Defend my innocence by your spring
Before the dullness of your fall.
Color the fields of wheat in the summer
Conduct the tress being played by the wind
As I renew my vow to my dearest
As I rise from the bosom of your dust.
Hail! To the goddess of your myths
Music orchestrated by the rivers and the lakes
As you silent them when the night falls.
Torch my walks in life
By the twinkling of your jewels
Let it be my blaze when the king sun retires.
Write an opus for the one I love the most
Inscribe the notes from the stones that never fades
Paint it by the bloods of the flowers.
Shelve the music to the spirit of your mouths
Seal it before me, for unto you I submit.
And on the third cycle of the 18th day of your first name
Let the green grasses sing it for me
By then I should see her one last time as a stranger
And to you I promise I shall rise from my ashes!
