Grandparents
They are there for you when you need them most,
When there is advice to be given, they are there,
Most of them have been there and done that,
And let you find out for yourself and then tell you.
They seem to have been there forever,
You can’t imagine life without them,
They are some of the worlds’ most precious gifts,
To many of us they are like guardian angels.
But most of all they have always been there for us
And will continue even after they leave this world.
The things that do every day, their habits
And even the way they shuffle across the floor.
I am talking about our Grandparents.
Without them we would not be
They are our past, our present and help mold our future,
Remember their lessons for you may be one someday.
