Are a part of what you can expect
From the state of Oklahoma
Many special things that we get
The beauty is apparent
Every season of the year
Oh yes, it’s a tremendous part
Of what Okie’s hold so dear
No scene is more spectacular
Than a windmill against the horizon
Then add a brilliant sunset
So unique and so surprising
Swirls of clouds with golden rims
While the windmill whirls away
The most beautiful way in the world
To end the perfect day
Flowers of every color
Adorn the landscape too
If you’ve never been to Oklahoma
