From the hills afar and the valley below
could feel the earth shatter as you broke
my tender heart
Upon the valley to the hills carraiges
without any horses were all standing
still
Empty, and vacant with no existiing
power to ignite its lonely flame has
carried on without one less heart
As I climed each hill, and crept into
each new valley alone looking for
a ray of hope and clinging for any ray
of sunshine that only too proved
to become fruitless
Looking back now, I can understand
and thank you for the hills and valleys
inbetween what once was ever so
sweet, but now must paint a different
color to protect its hue.........
