He may be a criminal and from the police on the run
But the mother will always stick up for her son
He has been harassed by the police and wrongfully served time
My son he never did commit any crime.
Though to the police they are very well known
The mother her children will never disown
My sons and my daughters are good people she say
And to help others out they go out of their way.
To her children the bond of the Mother is strong
In her eyes they never can do any wrong
Her husband has left her never to return to her again
But her children with mum are happy to remain.
Of the mother who doesn't love her children perhaps it can be said
That she is more than likely not right in the head
For the good mother to her children until death remains true
And the mothers who don't love their offsprings are so very few.
Though her son is a criminal the mother still say
For to help out other people he goes out of his way
And I feel proud of my son he can hold his head high
And though the facts prove her wrong the facts she deny.
