i catch my breath, breathe in breathe out
spending all this time trying to figure out
should i say hi?
ask your name or just walk by
my heads a mess with thoughts and worries
my hearts no better, it's throbbing and stirring
beating harder and harder with each step i take
i glance at you and your eyes meet mine
i stare into them and i know i'll be fine
