the world on the palm of our love
love beneath the soles of our feet
true love revolving, changing the seasons
and yet retaining the colours
colours of the night in the night
of the day in daylight
all the pain would be sweet
all the tears would be for joy
i wish i didn't see it in your eye
i wish i could hide it when you smile
