I knew you once, in the Garden Green-
Your veil, so petal soft and fair-
Bewitched, my entire stamen-
The Lilac's and Violets. can attest, they were there!
I ventured forth, to capture, your essence-
Simply, i had to make you mine-
But the Dandelions, took their refuge-
And kept you safe, near the Wild Ivy Vine!
Per chance, have you thought, of your morrow?
When, the Green Leaf, returns, once more-
When your beguiling fragrance, announces you-
Knowing, full well, 'tis you that i adore
Tell me, my sweet, sweet Rose-
Well hidden, under deep coloured, petal soft veil-
Do i even stand a chance, in heaven?
To entwine, with you, In the SpringTimes Brand New Dale?
